For independent coaches & small practices

You didn't become a coach to manage four different apps.

Coachstra brings scheduling, client history, session notes, and contracts into one place built specifically for a coaching practice — not a generic CRM you have to bend into shape.

The problem

Right now, your practice runs on tools that were never built for coaching.

WhatsApp for check-ins, email for admin, a calendar with no client context, a doc for notes, a spreadsheet for hours. None of them talk to each other — so you do the connecting, every time.

How it works

From first client to logged hours, in three moves.

01

Bring your practice in

Add your clients, connect your calendar and video tools (Zoom, Meet, Teams, Cal.com) — set up in one sitting, not one week.

02

Run the session, not the admin

An agenda and timer keep you present. AI-assisted notes are opt-in and consent-gated per session — never automatic, never silent.

03

Everything else happens on its own

Notes and next steps land in the client's portal, invoices go out — no second pass.

Why we're building this
I built Coachstra because I was running my own coaching practice on the same scattered tools every coach ends up with — and none of the generic CRMs out there were built for what coaching actually is.

Built by a coach

Built by a working coach and refined with real coaching practices — not a generic dev team guessing at the workflow.

Actively evolving

New capabilities ship regularly as coaches use Coachstra in their day-to-day practice.

Pricing

Pricing is still being finalized.

We're deliberately not locking in tiers until the AI features have been built and priced against real usage, not guesses. Start a free trial today — full access, no card required — and you'll get founding-member pricing locked in once we do.

Questions

Before you join

What do I get with the free trial?+

Full access to scheduling, session notes, contracts, and the client portal — nothing gated. Prefer a guided look first? Request a demo and we'll walk you through it live.

How long does setup take?+

Most coaches are up and running in one sitting: add your clients, connect your calendar and video tools, and you're ready for your next session.

Who is Coachstra actually for?+

Independent coaches and small coaching practices — 1:1, group, and team coaching. Not enterprise L&D platforms, and not sports/fitness coaching apps.

Does it replace my Zoom, Calendly, or Stripe account?+

No — Coachstra connects to the video, scheduling, and payment tools you already use instead of forcing you onto new ones.

How does AI session note-taking handle consent?+

Recording and AI notes are opt-in per session and gated behind explicit client consent, matching the ICF Code of Ethics on informed consent — never on by default, never silent.

Is my client data secure?+

Client data is isolated per coach account and encrypted at rest and in transit. Sponsor/team views (for HR or program sponsors) are read-only and never see individual session content.
