Announcements and events

Announcements are events or news you share with your network — each gets its own page and its own link, separate from your main coach page.

1. Open Announcements and select New announcement.

2. Fill in The basics (title and description), When and where, Sign-up, and, if you're charging for it, Price and refunds.

3. In Share and publish, check the address shown, then select Publish.

4. Share the copied link, or select View page ↗ to see it live.

An announcement's status is shown as Draft, Live, Ended or Cancelled. From Share and publish you can close registration early with End sign-up now, bring the whole announcement to a close with End announcement, or cancel a scheduled live event — each asks you to confirm before it takes effect. Delete announcement removes it for good. Open an announcement's Sign-ups to see who's registered, their status, and how many places remain if it has a capacity.
