Connect your Google email

Coachstra currently connects to Google email (Gmail or Google Workspace) — Microsoft accounts aren't supported yet. Connecting isn't required for Coachstra to work: every automated email Coachstra sends on your behalf (bookings, receipts, reminders and so on) goes out regardless. Connecting only makes a client's replies show up here as well as in your own inbox.

1. Open Communication.
2. Select Connect Google.

3. Sign in with the Google account you want to use and approve the access it asks for.

4. You're returned to Coachstra, where the page now shows "Connected as" your email address.

If the connection needs attention — usually because access was revoked on Google's side — the page shows Reconnect Google instead. Selecting Disconnect and then Confirm disconnect? removes the connection; you can reconnect at any time.
