Your Coachstra plan

Your plan, price, invoices and payment details are all in one place: go to Settings, then Billing.

What you'll find there

• Your plan shows your plan's name, its price per month or per year, and whether the AI add-on is on. If you have a discount, it's shown next to the price.
• AI this month shows how much AI you've used in the current month.
• Payment method, Billing details and Invoices hold your card, the details printed on your invoices, and every invoice so far.

The plans

There are three plans: Starter (up to 10 active clients), Practice (up to 50 active clients) and Studio (unlimited active clients). The current prices are shown when you choose or change a plan.

Only clients with the status Active count towards your plan. Prospects and Inactive clients never do. If you're at your limit and try to make another client Active, Coachstra tells you and suggests setting a client to Inactive, archiving one, or moving up a plan.

Founding coaches

If you joined as a founding coach, your plan is 50% off for as long as you stay subscribed. The discount applies to the plan only, not the AI add-on.

Coming soon

New coaches will get 30 days free from sign-up, with no card needed. Coaches in the US and Canada will be able to pay in US dollars. Neither is available yet.
