Disconnect a video app

1. Go to Settings → Practice setup, then Edit next to Video & Comms.

2. Find the connected provider's row and click Disconnect.
3. Click Confirm disconnect? to finish, or Cancel to back out.

Disconnecting removes the stored connection from Coachstra and stops it creating, updating or deleting meetings for you from that point on. Meetings that already exist stay in your video account, and your past Coachstra sessions keep their existing join links and history — those links only stop working if you also delete the meeting on the provider's side.

If Google Meet is connected with the same Google account you use for email sync, disconnecting Google Meet removes it from Coachstra without revoking that Google account's access, so your email sync keeps working.
