Meetings booked directly in your video app

Updated 25 September 2026

If you schedule a meeting directly in Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams β€” rather than booking it through Coachstra β€” it can still show up in Coachstra so you can attach it to a client.

  1. Connect the matching provider first (see Connect Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams).

  2. When Coachstra notices a new meeting on that account, a card appears on your Dashboard: "We noticed a new [provider] meeting β€” is this a coaching session?"

  3. Click Link to client, choose the client from the list, then click Link β€” this creates a real session in Coachstra for it.

  4. If it isn't a coaching session, click Not a session instead. This only dismisses the card; it changes nothing in your video account.

Only meetings on the account you connected are detected, and only one at a time is offered β€” so if you have more than one account with the same provider, check you're signed into the one you connected. Meetings Coachstra itself created when you booked a session aren't shown again as new.
