Invite a client to their portal

The Client Portal gives a client their own sign-in to see their sessions and documents. You invite them from their profile.

1. Open the client's profile and find the Client Portal section on the Overview tab.

2. If the client has no email address on file, you'll see a message asking you to add one first — do that before you can invite them.

3. Click Invite to Portal.
4. Once sent, the section shows 🔒 Portal access granted.

Coachstra emails the client a sign-in link. You can only invite a client once: after that the section just shows 🔒 Portal access granted., with no button to send the invitation again.
