Run a live session

The Live Session screen is where you run a 1:1 session — it isn't available yet for Group or Team sessions.

1. On the client's Sessions tab, press Join / view next to the session to open its Live Session screen.

2. Under Where's this session?, pick In person, Daily.co (in-app), Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams — Coachstra remembers your choice.

3. In This session, write what the session is for — your client can see this.

4. Click Start session when you begin, and End session when you finish. The elapsed time is shown next to these buttons.

If the session is set to Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams and has a meeting link, a Join your Zoom meeting link (or Join your Google Meet meeting / Join your Microsoft Teams meeting) appears here too. Once you end the session, this screen switches to a wrap-up with what happened and a link to Session notes (it reads Review notes & action items once AI notes are ready).
